  • Jeremy Smith - Managing Director

    Jeremy is the founder and Director of Hampshire Homes. Beginning his career at age 15 under the guidance of his Father Colin Smith in Hampshire County, England. Since the companies inception in 1985 Jeremy has maintained the vision and integrity which was the basis that he began Hampshire Homes.

    Jeremy believes that each customer deserves the freedom of choice and is entitled to quality service and product. His ideals have been instilled in all members of staff and subcontracting teams. Jeremy believes in fairness and honesty which is a major contributing factor to the consistent success of Hampshire Homes.

  • Mathew Smith - Operations Manager

    Mathew joined the family business in March 2004 and has since gained an in depth knowledge of each fascet of Hampshire Homes' operations. Taking on a multitude of roles over his time with the company has ensured a deep understanding of the individual needs of Hampshire Homes customers ensuring the best outcome for all Hampshire projects.

  • Paige Batcheldor - Administration Manager

    Since joining the team in March 2010 Paige has consistently proven her ability to take on tasks and challenges with complete dedication and professionalism. Paige has invaluable experience in a range of admin roles and shows a comprehensive understanding and unwaivering approach to customer service.

    Always smiling and happy to help Paige has a fresh, unique and bubbly personality which is a welcome addition to our team. She is keen to gain experience and continue learning all aspects of the building industry. Paige has recently completed her first DIY project; successfully renovating a property in South West Sydney. Paige will always have ideas to help our clients with material selections, floor plans and design.

  • Mitchell Ames - Construction Supervisor

    Mitch joined the team in October 2011 as the Construction Supervisor for Hampshire Homes. He has brought with him a wealth of building knowledge and experience that he has gained throughout his 11 years in the industry. Mitch is a licensed Carpenter who, after completing his apprenticeship began work for a large company working on countless multi-residential and commercial projects. His skills and experience were quickly recognised and he was promoted to a supervisory position leading a diverse team of workers.

    Mitch started his own carpentry company at age 22 carrying out various construction activities for a range of Builders. During this time Mitch became Hampshire Homes' leading carpentry subcontractor, often taking a personal ownership of the projects ensuring the highest of quality was achieved. Mitch has also completed his Certificate IV in Building and Construction and is now a certified Builder and is an integral member of the Hampshire Homes team.

  • Lyn Hughes - Interior Design

    Lyn hughes owns and operates the interior design company "Colour Impact" and is an integral member of our team. Lyn always has a smile on her face and offers friendly and informative advice to our clients helping them match their vision with the appropriate suppliers and products to bring their design dreams to life.

    Lyn has worked closely with Hampshire Homes for over 10 years and always receives a positive review from our clients. Lyn has a passion for her work that is inspiring to watch and we are lucky to have her working within our team.
